About us
Landscape srl, the parent company of Dream Homes in Puglia, was founded in 2002 by Francesco Carlucci and Danilo Bertolli, both fluent English speakers with a passion for property and business. Cristiano Liantonio, who is based in Matera, Basilicata, joined as a new business partner of the Landscape Properties Group in January 2008.
The company Landscape Properties began as a property consultancy marketing prestigious homes in Tuscany, where it has its head office (in Siena just off the Campo where the famous palio is held). Landscape now also markets holiday accommodation in Italy on its main website as well as property for sale throughout the country.
Landscape created the unique Dream Homes in Puglia masseria project in 2006 and it has been featured on tv and in the national press with more coverage coming up in the spring. Such has been the interest in this amazing Puglia property development that a further masseria project is underway in the neighbouring region of Basilicata.
Landscape has been the main real estate sponsor of London’s Dolce Vita Show for the last two years. The company represents prestigious UK real estate agent Knight Frank in Puglia and Basilicata.
