The process is very straightforward.
- You come and visit us in Puglia to see the area, the plots and examples of the finished property. We can also take you to see our projects in neighbouring Matera, Basilicata.
- You choose your two hectare (five acre) plot among ancient gnarled olive trees.
- You select the basic design of your villa. The property has between 192 and 350 square metres of living space including cloisters, and can be divided up as you wish. A typical arrangement would be four en-suite bedrooms, living room, kitchen and utility room. - We build your dream home in Puglia for you, consulting you every step of the way. We can advise and undertake the design of the interior and the garden if required. We can even furnish your villa for you as we have a dedicated office with access to top Italian designers.
- It takes about three months to do all the paperwork. Build time is approx.12 months, depending on what time of year the project starts.
