This lovely Puglia villa is located in the village of Santa Cesarea Terme, an extremely picturesque spa town in Salento, located right on the coast of Puglia, in the heel of Italys boot. Villa Ciano is perched on the hilltop with stunning sea views cooled by light sea breezes. It is a mere 500 metres from the beach at Santa Cesarea Terme. The town has a number of excellent restaurants and shops.

The coastal city of Otranto is 15 minutes away and the renowned city of Lecce, the Florence of the South some 30 minutes from the villa. Brindisi Airport, with direct connections to Rome and London, is only 45 minutes away.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms. Three in the main house and one in the annexe, and can comfortably sleep up to eight people. The bedrooms have independent entrances and terraces, all overlooking the sea.

The villa also has 5 bathrooms, two kitchens, and a huge L-shaped entertaining area. There is a self contained separate annexe with double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Villa Ciano also features a newly constructed infinity swimming pool immediately adjacent to the villa and the exterior loggia.
